Sympathy Card

A friend of mine has just passed away!!!

Here is a card i made this morning!! As the funeral will probably be next week !!

The background is mirror card cut on a nellie snellon die. Quickutz butterfly

The sprigs are marianne creatables and the background has been embossed using a cuttlebug embossing plate, the sentiment printed off word using a grey text in script !!

The verse inside reads:-

Don't think of her as gone away -
Her journey has just begun
Life holds many facets
The Earth is only one
Just think of her as resting
From the sorrows and the tears
In a place of warmth and comfort
Where there are no days and years
Think how she must be wishing
That we could know today
How nothing but our sadness
can really pass away
And think of her as living
In the hearts of those she touched
For nothing loved is ever lost-
And she was loved so much.

Garden window card Die cut Challenge

I thought i would do a garden but all in little windows .....This card was created using all die cuts.... I have used different types of card, bazzil card glittered with stickles glitter, and yellow glittercard for the bee and a google eye :) the squares are cuttlebug. The rest are Quickutz die cuts ... Hope you like it :)

Hello and welcome to my first blog!!! 

It has took me a while to figure out how to blog so bear with me!!!


I have made this card using the lily of the valley unmounted stamps. 
The circles have been cut with the nellie snellon dies.  The fern is a sizzlits die. 
I have used a cutlebug small stitched square for the greeting and have used watercolour pencils and stickles glitter. I have also used a paper punch for the frilly bits.

Bunny Love card

The image is stamped with lily of the valley unmounted stamps. It is coloured in watercolour pencils. I have used nestabilities lables die cut and papermania clear sentiments message stamps.
The charm i bought from the works also the paper roses in cream. Paper is from papermania.

Had great fun making this card. The die is cupcake and icecream sizzix...but instead of a cherry i cut a heart. i have glazed the icecream.
